The Coordinator serves as the operational hub, acting as the central point for data management, logistics coordination, project information flow, and office administration. - Facilitate seamless communication between field teams, subcontractors, project managers, executives, and clients.
- Manage project information flow and office administration.
- Support the delivery of client-centric, safe, efficient, and high-quality construction services.
- Set the tone for professionalism, responsiveness, and excellence in the office.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction administration, operations, logistics, or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction workflows, jobsite logistics, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Procore, BuilderTrend, or similar project management software preferred.
- Ability to remain calm, solutions-focused, and professional under pressure.
The role involves working in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring high levels of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Coordinator will operate within a professional office setting, utilizing technology such as Microsoft 365 and potentially Procore or BuilderTrend project management software.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
