Responsibilities- Maintain and organize project files and emails.
- Focus on document control and management as an initial priority.
- Track projects and produce monthly progress reports.
- Manage specifications, changes, and finalizations in projects.
- Facilitate project-related inquiries and conduct research.
- Maintain a tracking system for projects.
- Record minutes from Project Manager meetings.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Read, sort incoming mail, and manage outgoing mailings.
- Collect bills and invoices.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare labels for mailings.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Coordinate client or vendor lunches, including setup and cleanup.
- Reserve conference rooms and coordinate with internal support departments.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Arrange for equipment maintenance or setup.
- Keep the department calendar and roster updated.
- Provide occasional project assistance for managers.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Utilize Access to store and retrieve data.
- Help coordinate clerical needs of special projects.
- Complete weekly timecards and make copies of printed material.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the success of the group and company.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
