Project Controls Specialist – Hybrid Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Architect and manage project controls using Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
- Build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that bring clarity to complexity.
- Lead Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM) and translate strategy into execution.
- Own the schedule: develop, maintain, and analyze multi-level timelines with logic ties.
- Forecast costs, cash flows, and resource needs with confidence.
- Run schedule simulations and provide actionable insights to project teams.
- Ensure earned value systems are accurate and audit-ready.
- Collaborate across Project Management and Accounting to validate costs and support compliance.
- Review and approve purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Conduct field audits and quality checks to ensure project controls deliverables meet the mark.
- Support forensic analysis and material takeoffs to keep projects grounded in reality.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of hands-on project controls experience.
- Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
- Clear, confident communication skills—written and verbal.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
