What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Architect position at Actalent?
Job Description:
- Develop technical drawings throughout all phases of a project.
- Provide experiential and technical knowledge to solve design and construction issues.
- Communicate priorities to both internal and external project teams.
- Ensure quality of work products.
- Develop and enforce CAD/Revit standards.
- Assist in preparing project schedules and implementing project work plans.
- Interact with outside consultants and agencies.
- Work collaboratively with a team on larger projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; Revit is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Experience in construction, particularly with commercial, warehouse, healthcare, and industrial projects.
- Capability to work on multiple projects across various phases simultaneously.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
