Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support Project Managers in the execution of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, specifically within the Southern California Edison (SCE) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SCE systems and processes, and experience in construction or utility project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with schedule updates and job closeout activities.
- Ensure work readiness by tracking permits, purchase orders (POs), and closeout documentation.
- Prepare and manage change order documentation, including Field Change Orders (FCOs) and supplements.
- Input and maintain project schedules and notes using Click Schedule.
- Track and update work orders for scheduling readiness using FMP360.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience working with Southern California Edison (SCE) and familiarity with its systems and workflows.
- 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or construction support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Quickbase, Ragic, or similar databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
