About the Role:

We are seeking a Professional Landscape Architect to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. This role offers the opportunity to shape outdoor environments for commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects, blending creativity with functionality to deliver sustainable and visually stunning landscapes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of landscape architecture plans for diverse projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to create integrated site solutions.
• Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and construction documents.
• Select plant materials, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems that align with project goals and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site analysis, grading plans, and stormwater management coordination.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
• Stay informed on local codes, environmental regulations, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Professional licensure (PLA) or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• 3 years of experience in landscape design for commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design visualization tools (SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and native plant selection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
