Description
This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role with regular time spent on the production floor. The engineer will support and improve manufacturing processes—both existing and newly developed—to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting product specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Design, specify, source, and validate tooling, fixtures, machinery, and production equipment to support optimized manufacturing methods. Provide direct support to manufacturing operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, process failures, and quality concerns. Develop and maintain detailed layouts for facilities, equipment, and manufacturing processes to improve workflow and efficiency. Support the launch of new and revised products by coordinating manufacturing readiness activities, setting performance targets, training production personnel, and evaluating results post-launch. Apply data-driven and statistical analysis techniques to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization. Research, develop, and refine manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and equipment solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred. Experience with 3D cad software, inventor preferred.
