Actalent is hiring a Phlebotomist to support patient care and specimen collection in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role focuses on safety, accuracy, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and collect non-blood specimens
- Ensure proper labeling and processing
- Deliver patient-focused service and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous phlebotomy training or experience
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- On-site in El Paso, TX

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
