Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant (Onsite)

Location: North Fort Worth

Schedule: Monday - Friday normal business hours. Occasional Saturdays.

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This onsite role involves packaging and shipping medications, supplies, and patient information in compliance with company policies and state board of pharmacy regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare medications for shipment, ensuring integrity, sterility, and stability.
• Follow detailed checklists with precision.
• Include approved package inserts for patient communication.
• Verify shipping manifests daily for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy team to resolve order-related issues.
• Restock medications and supplies; manage ice packs and coolers.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel).
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work morning and/or afternoon shifts.
• Ability to stand for 95% of the workday.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in mail service or specialty pharmacy dispensing.
• Experience with inventory management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
