Your Impact in This Role

As a key member of our patient-centered team, you will:

• Ensure the safe, precise dispensing of medications
• Provide confident, compassionate medication counseling
• Assist patients with insurance questions and cost‑effective solutions
• Support specialty packaging services for long-term care and group homes
• Handle patient calls with professionalism and care
• Work closely with fellow pharmacists and technicians
• Contribute to oxygen and CPAP service support for expanded patient care

What You Bring

• PharmD or equivalent degree
• Active or eligibility for Connecticut pharmacist licensure
• Strong foundational knowledge in pharmacy operations, compounding, and data accuracy
• Experience in retail pharmacy or PBM (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage inventory and fulfillment with care and precision

• Immunization certification
• Bilingual abilities
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining empathy and accuracy
