What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

You’ll be a vital part of a patient‑centered, community-focused pharmacy team. In this role, you will:

• Ensure accurate, safe dispensing of medications
• Deliver confident, empathetic medication counseling
• Help patients navigate insurance questions and cost-saving options
• Support specialty packaging for long-term care and group homes
• Assist patients with professionalism and care over the phone
• Collaborate closely with fellow pharmacists and technicians
• Contribute to oxygen and CPAP service support to expand patient care

What You Bring

• PharmD or equivalent
• Active (or eligible) Connecticut pharmacist license
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, compounding, and accuracy standards
• Retail pharmacy or PBM experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage inventory and dispensing workflow in a fast-paced setting

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Immunization certification
• Bilingual abilities
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and compassion

Compensation

$135,000–$150,000/year, based on experience

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
