What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)
You’ll be a vital part of a patient‑centered, community-focused pharmacy team. In this role, you will:
- Ensure accurate, safe dispensing of medications
- Deliver confident, empathetic medication counseling
- Help patients navigate insurance questions and cost-saving options
- Support specialty packaging for long-term care and group homes
- Assist patients with professionalism and care over the phone
- Collaborate closely with fellow pharmacists and technicians
- Contribute to oxygen and CPAP service support to expand patient care

What You Bring
- PharmD or equivalent
- Active (or eligible) Connecticut pharmacist license
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, compounding, and accuracy standards
- Retail pharmacy or PBM experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage inventory and dispensing workflow in a fast-paced setting
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Immunization certification
- Bilingual abilities
- Comfort working in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and compassion
