Patient Access Representative II – Hiring Now!
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4/5pm
Position Overview:
We are seeking Patient Access Representatives II for a temporary assignment with the potential to transition to a permanent role. This role is essential in supporting patient admissions and registration processes in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-admit and face-to-face registration for patients.
- Collect and verify demographic and financial information.
- Handle insurance verification (government and non-government), eligibility, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other patient payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare (Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, physician office, insurance, etc.).
- EPIC experience required – must be proficient in scheduling within EPIC.
- Experience handling high-volume, multi-line phone systems in a healthcare call center environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
