Home health company based in Bell, CA is looking for a patient services representative to join their growing team! This is a long term opportunity, offering competitive pay and and opportunity to join a dedicated team of individuals that are bringing high quality healthcare to the Los Angeles area.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare field
- Home health experience is preferred
- Skills: appointment scheduling, insurance verification, EMR systems, answering phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the clinic. This includes:
- Addressing general inquiries
- Appointment scheduling
- Appointment confirmation
- Demographic verification
- Insurance verification
- Co-pay collection
- Check out process, procedures and re-appointment
- Ensures that all patients are registered in the EHR promptly and accurately.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality, in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Adheres to customer service excellence policies and standards.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
