Location: Springfield, MA
We are seeking a dedicated Metal Plating Lab Technician to perform chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions using titration, spectrophotometry, and other methods. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions using titration, spectrophotometry, and other methods.
- Prepare and maintain standard solutions, reagents, and laboratory equipment.
- Monitor bath chemistry to ensure compliance with internal specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in maintaining records of analysis, solution concentrations, and corrective actions.
- Support environmental testing and wastewater treatment monitoring.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues or solution variances.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory workspace.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental protocols.

Must Haves:
- Hands-on experience in a lab setting (no degree required).

- Understanding of GMP and quality control practices.
- Motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious mindset.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am-4:30pm (10 hour work days, 10-15 hours of OT a week)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
