Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative R&D team. This position focuses on developing new products and supporting existing designs, with an emphasis on hydraulic systems and advanced structural analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering manager and team on new product development projects.
- Perform engineering calculations, including stress and load analysis for hydraulic components.
- Create detailed design drawings using CAD software.
- Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Ansys to validate designs and optimize performance.
- Develop quality control and testing documentation; collect and analyze prototype data.
- Communicate with operations and production teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
- Gather user requirements and incorporate product feedback into design improvements.
- Monitor product performance and manage design updates post-launch.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in FEA analysis using Ansys.
- Hands-on experience with testing and prototype development.
- Knowledge of quality control processes.
- Ability to collect and provide actionable product feedback.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
