Responsibilities
- Perform engineering design, development, analysis, and/or test activities to support assigned projects.
- Develop test programs to evaluate system elements such as materials and structural components.
- Manage test activities and test article fabrication, including documentation of results.
- Communicate project status, analysis, and test results through written reports or presentations to internal and external customers.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in mechanical design and CAD software, specifically Siemens NX.
- Strong knowledge and experience in GD&T principles and application.
- Experience in the aerospace, missile, launch vehicle, booster, or defense industry.
- A degree in a STEM discipline with 7 years of related engineering experience, or a Masters with 4 years of related experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Upper-level coursework in mechanical design, heat transfer, and vibrations.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Preferred experience with Siemens NX 1946 and Teamcenter.
- ASME Y14.5-2009 certification in GD&T.
- Experience working with DoD programs and within the launch vehicle industry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50/hr.
