We’re seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to help build and calibrate large-scale optical systems. This role is essential to producing reliable, high-precision components that support innovative and cost-effective energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and align large optical components with high precision
• Install lens systems into modular frames and calibrate tracking equipment
• Conduct quality checks using precision measurement tools
• Test and validate optical performance and concentration accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat 20% of the time
• Skilled in using precision tools and reading technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• High school diploma required; technical certification preferred
• Able to lift and handle components up to 50 lbs
• Experience in manufacturing or energy systems is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
