Manufacturing Production Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Production Manager to lead our high-volume, fast-paced server manufacturing operations. This role involves production planning, quality control, team leadership, continuous improvement, resource management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and execute production plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Implement quality control systems, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Motivate and lead teams, fostering a positive work culture and environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient resource management.
• Manage budgets and costs, including cost estimation and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in server or electronics industries.
• Utilize MS Office Suite and ERP/WMS platforms for efficient operations.
• Analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions for process optimization.

• 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics or server industries.
• Proficient in operation, production management, and production supervision.
• Strong experience in production planning and execution, quality control, and leadership.
• Expertise in continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Proficient in resource management and budget control.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes with a focus on server/electronics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/WMS platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on KPI management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Lean and Six Sigma are preferred.
• Proven track record in driving cost-effective operations and exceeding targets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $107000.00 - $143000.00/yr.
