Description
- Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to production schedules, and achievement of quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies and action plans that align with the overall company objectives, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with quality control specifications and standards, conducting inspections and monitoring production processes to maintain high-quality output.
- Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and meet production targets.
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and corporate safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize performance and resolve production issues.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
