What You’ll Do
- Lead Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance manufacturing workflows using lean principles and Six Sigma.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion Kaizen events and CI projects to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Support production lines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
- Manage Projects: From concept to implementation, oversee initiatives that deliver measurable ROI and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Experience: 3 years in aerospace manufacturing or a similar regulated industry.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- ASQ Six Sigma, Lean Practitioner, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
