Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, drive efficiency, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Maintain SOPs and documentation aligned with plant and industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend tooling/equipment upgrades or replacements.
- Lead equipment procurement and integration from purchase order to production.
- Apply root-cause analysis to resolve safety, quality, and technical issues.
- Coach teams on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Oversee CNC programming and equipment setup.
- Lead quality assurance and control system development.
- Maintain and update shop drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and change management.
- Proficient in CAD software and MS Office.
- Strong skills in process improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Experience with tooling, engineering, assembly, design, and work instruction.
- Knowledge in machining, production, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Autocad, validation, and process flow.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Augustine, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
