Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The role involves programming, milling, and working with mill turns, with a focus on identifying and addressing root causes for parts. You will collaborate closely with the setup team and utilize various technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machines including Mori Doosan and some Haas.
- Collaborate with setup personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Own and address root causes for parts quality and production issues.
- Perform quoting and tooling selection to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Utilize Mastercam for CNC programming and troubleshooting of mills and lathes.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
- Experience with Mastercam and troubleshooting mills and lathes.
- Strong understanding of quality control and root cause analysis.
- Ability to perform quoting and select appropriate tooling.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
