Remote LVN/LPN Nurse Coordintor
Schedule: Monday–Friday / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (Central Time)
Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $25hr-$29hr

What You’ll Do
- Engage with patients and caregivers to ensure therapy adherence
- Assist patients in starting prescribed treatments
- Address therapy-related concerns with empathy and accuracy
- Communicate with charge nurses in nursing homes as needed
- Handle 50–70 inbound and outbound calls daily
- Maintain precise documentation and follow templates
- Participate in audits to ensure compliance and quality

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
