Job Description
Join a dynamic Retail Studio in Seattle as an Intermediate Architectural Staff member. Responsibilities
- Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Apply building codes and technical detailing to design projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools effectively.
- Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating processes.
- Engage in light project management and client interaction when necessary.
- Proficiency in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit.
- Skilled in consultant coordination and application of building codes and standards.
- Clear communication skills for effective team collaboration and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with retail projects and construction documentation.
- Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
- Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.
- Comfortable supporting client interactions.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
