Job Description
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing materials received at the facility. You will ensure that all material packages are accurately checked into the system and properly shelved. You will also facilitate the processing of packing slips and meticulously document each delivery made. Additionally, you will assist in fleet management and handle office requests, coordinating with contractors when necessary. Your responsibilities will include completing warehouse and office inspections, as well as ordering supplies for the office and breakroom.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify material packages, ensuring accurate system entry and organization on shelves.
- Send packing slips to the purchasing group for processing.
- Document deliveries using a tracking sheet.
- Assist in fleet management operations.
- Address office needs and coordinate with contractors as required.
- Conduct warehouse and office inspections.
- Order supplies for office and breakroom.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in cycle counts.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Inventory control expertise.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory management.
- Experience with ERP systems.
Work Environment
The position is onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
