Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inspector to join a leading concrete repair contractor. The role involves managing and overseeing restoration projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee concrete repair and restoration projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
- Review and process RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Utilize Procore software for project management tasks.
- Maintain safety standards on all job sites.
- Experience in concrete and concrete repair.
- Proficiency in masonry work.
- Familiarity with RFI, change order, and submittal processes.
- Experience with Procore software.
- Strong focus on safety practices.
- Background in construction management.
- Ability to independently run small projects.
The position requires working on-site five days a week. You will be part of a growing firm with projects throughout the Tristate area.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
