Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Inspector to join a leading concrete repair contractor. The role involves managing and overseeing restoration projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee concrete repair and restoration projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Review and process RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Utilize Procore software for project management tasks.
• Maintain safety standards on all job sites.

• Experience in concrete and concrete repair.
• Proficiency in masonry work.
• Familiarity with RFI, change order, and submittal processes.
• Experience with Procore software.
• Strong focus on safety practices.

• Background in construction management.
• Ability to independently run small projects.

The position requires working on-site five days a week. You will be part of a growing firm with projects throughout the Tristate area.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
