Your Impact
- Lead and manage INDOT/LPA construction projects from start to finish.
- Perform visual inspections, monitor quality control, and ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports, verify contractor payments, and maintain accurate project records.
- Coordinate with owners and assist design managers on construction-related issues.
- Complete final records for INDOT projects.
What We’re Looking For
- INDOT Certified or Civil Engineering degree Site Manager certification.
- Experience as a Project Supervisor on INDOT bridge projects.
- Proficiency in INDOT testing and documentation (Ashtoware experience a plus).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Work Environment
- Field-based role with a mix of truck and field office work.
- Hands-off inspection position focused on visual compliance checks.
This is a Permanent position based out of Brookville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $89440.00/yr.
