About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join our overnight team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or grow their career in pharmacy while contributing to patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently fill daily drug orders under pharmacist supervision.
- Process returned medications and handle recycling/disposal per established procedures.
- Pre-pack frequently ordered medications, label, and store during low-volume periods.
- Pull medications from shelving and storage areas; apply labels and scan for accuracy.
- Alert pharmacists to any discrepancies or scanning issues.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and replenish stock supplies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulations.
- Adhere to departmental policies on safety, attendance, and dress code.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including troubleshooting and data entry.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician Registration (must be obtained by hire date).
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation for on-site work.
- Availability to work weekdays from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy or healthcare experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
