Job Description
The HR Generalist will facilitate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that recruitment processes, policies, and standards are consistently applied across the organization. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, as well as leading and coordinating the interview team throughout the selection process. Representing the organization at job fairs and recruitment events, maintaining accurate applicant tracking records, and managing new-hire documentation, onboarding activities, and training are key aspects of the job. Additionally, the HR Generalist will assist in the administration and support of safety programs, maintain safety files, and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure recruitment processes, policies, and standards are consistently applied.
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Lead and coordinate the interview team throughout the selection process.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records.
- Process and manage new-hire documentation, onboarding activities, and training.
- Assist in the administration and support of safety programs and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and compliant safety files and records.
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Coordinate, lead, and support employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment on HR projects.
- Communicate clearly and resolve issues professionally and constructively.
- Organize and manage daily work activities independently to meet deadlines.
- Assist with the planning and completion of HR projects.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field with at least two (2) years of Coordinator or Generalist experience.
- Alternatively, four (4) years of human resources experience in lieu of a degree.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
