Join a globally recognized engineering firm at the forefront of digital infrastructure design. We are hiring three BIM Designers to support high-impact public works projects across New York City. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to transformative infrastructure initiatives.
Role Overview
As a BIM Designer, you will develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings, support BIM workflows, and assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs. You’ll work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and digital delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design precision.
- Support BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to digital delivery strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, Bentley, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital design workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience Levels
- Entry-Level: 0–2 years of experience
- Mid-Level: 2–4 years of experience
- Senior-Level: 6 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $63.00/hr.
