Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and self-sufficient Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role involves supporting the pre-operation inspection of raw materials, conducting quality checks, and ensuring the accuracy of Certificates of Analysis. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for preparing samples for third-party lab testing and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the pre-operation inspection of raw materials and accept incoming trucks.
- Conduct quality checks, including Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) testing and temperature checks.
- Verify lot and date accuracy of Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Prepare samples for third-party laboratory testing.
- Spend 95% of time on the production floor and 5% on paperwork using Safety Train and other platforms.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
- High school diploma required.
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP regulations.
- Food industry experience is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
