Survey Technician

Location: Shelton, Connecticut

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Manage survey data—download, upload, and integrate into AutoCAD systems.
• Research land records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in both field and office settings.
• Experience with survey drafting and construction layout preparation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Shelton, CT.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
