Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, fixing, and debugging our machines at customer sites nationally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough machine inspections using advanced Maintenance Management tools and report on their status.
- Read logic, and adjust machines mechanically/electrically to fit the logic.
- Advise the service coordinator on potential upgrades and retrofits to keep machines at the cutting edge.
- Contribute to the improvement of Maintenance Management Tools, making them even more effective.
- Maintain equipment and provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring they can confidently maintain their machines.
- Deliver comprehensive training to customers using detailed documentation.
- Stay ahead by helping build and test new equipment at the factory.
- Install equipment and upgrades in the field, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest developments.
- Be ready to visit customers in person if remote service isn't sufficient.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
