Job Title: Facilities Group Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and monitor all projects in progress within the department to ensure timely execution in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Oversee the preparation of proposals and cost estimates to ensure accurate service scoping, manpower availability, and pricing for optimal profitability. Manage daily departmental operations, including staff training, development, performance reviews, equipment and facility utilization, safety oversight, quality of services and deliverables, and policy adherence. Engage in business development activities to identify, develop, and execute project opportunities while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and cost estimates.
• Conduct business and client development activities with support from Department/Office Manager.
• Develop and manage employee staffing plans, recruitment, selection, and onboarding with support from Department/Office Manager.
• Prepare and execute annual business plan for the specialty service group with support from Department/Office Manager.
• Oversee and manage key group metrics such as revenue growth, staff chargeability, project billing, collections, and profitability with support from Department/Office Manager.
• Develop understanding and awareness of project-related risks and company risk policies.
• Lead safety efforts for the team, ensuring adherence to safety rules and guidelines. Create and model a safe work environment and promote pre-task planning for all projects.
• Provide and lead continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, promoting quality standards and practices.
• Ensure consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology with 5 years of practice experience, or a minimum of 9 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
