Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager – Plumbing Division

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing both the financial and operational aspects of plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages.
• Track and manage estimate revisions and project budgets.
• Oversee plumbing projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare and process change orders.
• Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Review submittals and create plumbing plans as needed.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project success.
• Support executive leadership with operational tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in estimation.
• Proven experience in plumbing estimating and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and local codes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of estimating success.
• Ongoing training from current estimators and ownership, tailored to experience level.
• Accuracy in estimating profitability, time, materials, and overall job success.
• Early guidance will be provided to ensure alignment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $48.08/hr.
