Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for structural design and a working knowledge of Autodesk Revit. You will assist in the design, analysis, and documentation of structural systems for a variety of building projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and analysis of structural components for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Develop detailed structural models and drawings using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design coordination.
• Perform basic structural calculations and support the preparation of engineering reports.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to support project development and construction oversight.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to company standards and industry codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Internship or academic experience with Revit is required.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• EIT certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $48.07/hr.
