Actively seeking an entry level distribution designer to support utility projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications that bring power distribution projects to life.
- Work independently to produce high-quality manual or computer-assisted construction drawings with precision and minimal errors.
- Interpret and apply industry standards and company specifications to your designs.
- Collaborate on cost estimates, evaluations, and requisitions to support project planning.
- Assist with engineering calculations and technical documentation.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and design timelines to keep projects on track.
- Collect and analyze field data to inform design decisions and evaluate equipment performance.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree in a technical field preferred – but if you’ve got the experience, we want to hear from you
- Proven leadership and technical skills to take ownership of your work.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
