Engineering Intern

The Engineering Intern role offers a comprehensive training program that begins with gaining hands-on experience on the plant floor, learning machinery and processes. This position supports process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

• Conduct testing, data collection, and analysis for ongoing projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and R&D.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities on the production floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably EMET, Mechatronics, BSME, or BSMET.
• Project management skills.
• Process improvement knowledge.

• Willingness to work on the plant floor.

This position is within a manufacturing environment, where you will gain practical experience and have the opportunity to work with leaders who have advanced from the same role. The setting emphasizes compliance with safety and quality standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
