• Champion Standards: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Leverage Technology: Use advanced tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and MicroStation to manage design work.
• Own Quality: Implement rigorous quality control processes to guarantee precision and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 5 years in design and drafting within energy, industrial, or related sectors.
• 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Expertise in 2D/3D drafting tools and electrical design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• No nuclear experience? No problem! Your design leadership is what matters most.
• Bonus points for experience in oil/gas or heavy industry and a Bachelor’s degree.

This is a Permanent position based out of Naperville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $64.90/hr.
