This is an early career engineering role focused on supporting capital design teams by embedding with engineers and helping apply AI to everyday engineering work. This role aims to accelerate AI adoption through hands-on coaching and workflow standardization, without assuming design authority responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Work side by side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use.
- Support the creation of reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents aligned with engineering workflows.
- Help translate successful AI use cases into repeatable team practices.
- Track and report on AI adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators.
- Experience as a Junior Nuclear Engineer with the ability to develop AI protocols to improve the efficiency of capital design teams.
- Familiarity with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment.
- Strong comfort with AI and digital productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, though equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables is accepted.
- Approachable, patient, and effective at coaching peers.
The position is based at Jupiter West, working alongside the Nuclear capital design team.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
