Job Title: Embedded Flight Software Engineer

Join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of flight software for a variety of upcoming missions. Engage in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting systems and software, specifically for stepper motors and boards used in spacecraft missions.

Responsibilities

• Develop flight software to support upcoming missions.
• Perform coding, debugging, and testing of software systems.
• Troubleshoot systems and software for stepper motors and spacecraft boards.
• Collaborate with a team of software and hardware engineers.

• Proficiency in C programming.
• Experience with embedded software and RTOS.
• Knowledge of C and power electronics.
• Experience with microcontrollers and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to test software effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Work alongside a team of four software engineers and two hardware engineers in a business casual environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM on-site, with the potential for working four ten-hour days. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment that requires hard work and grit. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lafayette, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
