Responsibilities
- Design and develop electro-mechanical components and assemblies for aerospace display systems.
- Perform mechanical analysis including material properties, thermal transfer, and structural integrity.
- Apply electrical fundamentals to ensure proper integration of components such as wiring, connectors, and lighting systems.
- Utilize SolidWorks for CAD modeling and detailed design documentation.
- Collaborate with project engineers and cross-functional teams to meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of designs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and product innovation.
Essential Skills
- 8 years of engineering experience in electro-mechanical design.
- Strong mechanical engineering foundation including materials, thermal analysis, and structural assessments.
- Working knowledge of electrical principles and components.
- Proficiency in CAD software, with SolidWorks preferred.
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with illuminated panels, cockpit displays, or similar aerospace systems.
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Work Environment
This position requires 100% onsite work at our facility in Horsham, PA. The role involves working with advanced technologies and equipment in a high-performance environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Horsham, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
