Summary:
This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, failure analysis, test support, and root cause investigation for production issues, customer returns (RMA), prototypes, and new product introductions (NPI). This position is engineering-driven and hands-on, supporting Quality and Test teams through technical analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and failure analysis for various production issues.
- Provide test support for customer returns (RMA), prototypes, and new product introductions (NPI).
- Perform root cause investigations to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with Quality and Test teams to enhance technical analysis and support.
- Utilize board level testing, circuit testing, and other methodologies to ensure product reliability.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation.
- Expertise in board level troubleshooting and circuit testing.
- Familiarity with test engineering, including ICT and flying probe.
- Ability to apply methodologies such as 5Y and Fishbone diagrams.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This is a Permanent position based out of Tilton, NH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
