The Electrical Designer will work directly under the Electrical Engineering Manager and collaborate with three peers. The role requires 20% overnight travel, rotating with the other three peers, with trips once every other month potentially lasting up to two weeks.

Responsibilities
- Detail electrical sensors for conveyors and equipment following company standards and guidance from engineers and management.
- Produce wiring diagrams, panel and electrical assemblies, and arrangement drawings necessary for cable fabrication.
- Assist in maintaining the project schedule by communicating effectively, prioritizing activities, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Utilize technical skills to address design problems.
- Complete assignments within the allocated timeframe with minimal supervision.
- Identify purchased materials and generate purchase requisitions.
- 2 years of electrical design experience with Allen-Bradley.
- Experience with SolidWorks, school training acceptable.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, school training acceptable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Associate's degree in Drafting/Engineering discipline.
- Willingness to learn about food processing equipment and design, training provided.
- Sanitary design knowledge or experience preferred, training provided.
