Responsibilities
- Create geometry and programs for EDM machines using CAM software.
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
- Utilize a basic understanding of mathematics in programming tasks.
- Design fixtures and model in 3D using MasterCAM and Solidworks.
- Ensure all activities comply with the company's ISO quality system.
- Collaborate with team members to manage 12 EDM machines effectively.
- Produce 10-20 offline programs weekly.
- Support and assist in all manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
- CAD/CAM proficiency.
- Experience in fixture design.
- Knowledge of CNC operations and EDM processes.
- Understanding of ISO standards.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Proficiency in MasterCAM and Solidworks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Algonquin, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
