We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work within the Heart Failure Division, utilizing existing templates to document processes. The position requires collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in operations.
Responsibilities- Document processes within the Heart Failure Division using existing templates.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders across various departments.
- Write a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for documentation purposes.
- Coordinate the display of graphics and production of documents.
- Extract information from meetings, provided documents, and internal systems to create documents.
- Send documents to stakeholders for approval and follow up with additional information or questions as needed.
- Upload documents once approved and completed.
- Manage multiple documents and tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical writer or document specialist.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient communication skills in English, with an emphasis on critical thinking.
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in documentation.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience with MS Salesforce and PowerPoint.
- Windchill experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across various sites and systems.
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills for asking qualifying questions.
The position operates Monday through Friday with a flexible start between 8 AM and 9 AM. The role involves working across multiple systems and sites to ensure document accuracy and efficiency. Dress code and specific work environment details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
