Job Description

The Data Entry Coordinator – ERP & Procurement will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of procurement-related data within the ERP system. This role is critical to maintaining clean data that supports purchasing decisions, vendor management, and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain procurement-related data such as purchase orders, supplier information, pricing, and part numbers in the ERP system.
• Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Support the procurement team with vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and purchase order processing.
• Generate and run basic ERP reports to support procurement and supply chain activities.
• Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies, ensuring smooth ERP workflows.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity.
• Support documentation of ERP data entry processes and recommend improvements where needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data entry
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in data management and data analysis
• Knowledge of procurement processes

Work Environment

The employee will collaborate with engineers for approximately 1 hour per day, with the rest of the time spent on independent work. This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, Maryland.

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $36.06/hr.
