Quotations Coordinator (Customer Service & Data Entry)
Location: Columbia, MD
Pay: $22.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday OFF)
The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
As a Quotations Coordinator, you are the bridge between our clients and manufacturers. You’ll manage the "life-of-the-quote" with precision:
- End-to-End Quote Management: Facilitate the entire quote lifecycle, ensuring all requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and project folders are audit-ready.
- Manufacturer Liaison: Coordinate directly with factories to secure pricing for custom or non-standard requests.
- Data Administration: Use Cahill (Excel-based software) to build project files and maintain our manufacturer directory.
- Client Support: Act as the professional voice of the company for incoming inquiries and manage small-scale project quotes independently.
- Compliance: Generate monthly reports and ensure documentation meets our high-quality company standards.
