Description
- The primary responsibility of this position is to execute fulfillment of preparing, packaging and regulating shipment of sampled materials and associated documents. To assist laboratory management to assure sampling requirements are met, communicate with internal or outside parties and other clerical roles assigned. To successfully work alongside laboratory and production management, shipping and receiving personnel, customer service, and onsite customer representatives to produce quality results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as required):
- Use SAP software to:
- Prepare deliveries / shipments to outside laboratories, customers, and vendors
- Prepare deliveries and handovers to customer representatives
- Assure proper sampling of customer materials and generate sampling protocols
- Effectively communicate with outside laboratories, customer service representatives and outside vendors.
- Generation of customer Sampling Protocols
- Troubleshoot generated errors related to material classification i.e. SDS, Dangerous goods classification, account management, financial blocks
- Maintain shipment tracking and records in Excel Spreadsheet
- Assist shipping and receiving personnel with sample storage, movement and inventory of sampled materials; practicing HPMN 4-eye principle
- Perform data entry of external lab results; confirm results and perform Usage Decisions as assigned
- Assist in assignment of ILOTs for sample material; movement of materials in SA

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
