Job Title: Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst with expertise in Infor XA, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics to support our operations and decision-making processes. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, documenting business processes, and conducting research to improve system efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Infor XA to extract, analyze, and report on Bill of Material (BOMs) content for raw materials.
• Develop and maintain MS Excel-based spreadsheets for hazardous material content.
• Document findings in a report for distribution and signoff.
• Perform research on industry Material Safety Datasheets based on raw materials from vendors.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

• Proven experience with Infor XA ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in business documentation and process mapping.
• Ability to conduct independent research and present findings clearly.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in materials and supply chain management.

Join a Medical Device manufacturing company located near Saugerties, NY, working within an Engineering Team comprising 15 to 20 employees. Start times are flexible, ranging from 7:00am to 8:00am. The role offers accrued time-off, 6 paid holidays, and is an open-ended long-term contract with the potential for permanent conversion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
